Ordering on the Web
When you click on the proceed button at the end of the online order process, you are confirming your order. You will then be sent an acknowledgement giving a payment reference, an order number (which you should keep for your records) and the amount that has been debited to your credit or debit card, or Paypal account. This Order Acknowledgement is not an Order Acceptance from Oshadhi Ltd. The acceptance of your order takes place with despatch to you of the goods you have ordered, unless we let you know of any changes or you let us know that you wish to cancel it. Your order is accepted at the discretion of Oshadhi Ltd.
Please check carefully that the billing details and shipping details you have supplied are correct, since we are unable to offer refunds for orders either lost or delivered to the wrong address due to an error on your part.
Pricing
The prices indicated for each product are inclusive of VAT, but exclusive of shipping charges (see below). Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding. Shipping charges will be added to your order once you reach the checkout stage, since they depend on package weight and destination.
Shipping
A list of the countries we ship to is on the dropdown ‘countries’ list in the checkout section. A shipping charge will be added to your order; this is calculated automatically and is based on the weight and destination of your order. We use the published First Class (UK), International Airmail (outside UK) rates directly from the Royal Mail (or courier) plus UK sales tax (refunded for most export orders) and a small charge to cover packaging costs. Out of Stock Items
If an item that you have ordered is temporarily out of stock we will phone or email you with an indication as to when you are likely to receive it, and offer you an alternative or a refund.
Delivery time
We ship 95% of orders within 24 hours of receiving them. If your order is delayed in any way we will let you know within one working day of receiving it. Depending on the weight of the order we use either Royal Mail or a Courier to deliver your package. Royal Mail delivery to the UK will be by First Class Post which will normally arrive within one (occasionally two) working days of posting. Overseas delivery is normally 5-8 working days. Delivery by courier is generally overnight within the UK, and 3-5 days overseas.
Failed Deliveries
If your package is unable to be delivered (for example because there is nobody available to receive it) a note will be left with instructions of where it can be collected. If it is not collected, it will eventually be returned to Oshadhi Ltd. Under such circumstances Oshadhi Ltd reserve the right to request a further delivery charge to re-send your order. If you decide to cancel your order after a failed delivery attempt, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping cost, once we have received the package safely and in good condition.
Damage and Errors
Please be sure to let us know within three working days if your package is damaged in any way, or if there are any errors. It may not be possible to rectify any errors unless they are reported within this period.
Payment
We accept payment by any major credit or debit card (except Diners Club). All credit/debit card transactions will be subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. We also accept payment by Paypal.
Terms for Goods on Credit
All goods supplied by us remain the property of Oshadhi Ltd until paid in full.

Returns and Refunds
In case you need to exchange or return something that you ordered, please contact us by telephone or email within thirty days of receipt of your order. If you change your mind, you may return it to us within thirty days, as long as it is unopened. In this case the shipping cost will be at your own expense; if there was an error on our part of course we will refund your shipping costs. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “”Complete Orders”” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order before we have shipped it out, we will refund you in full.
Integrity of Oshadhi Website Information
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all information on the website regarding details, descriptions and pricing is correct. We aim to keep the website up to date, but it is possible that some of the product details will be subject to change. This could be due to poor harvests of certain crops resulting in limited availability, or supplies of the same product being obtained from a different country. Should this occur, we will notify you when we receive your order.
