Nabhi Marma Oil is for use in connection with Nabhi marma point. Nabhi is a big blood vessel Marma around the navel which is itself the centre of this Marma. Nabhi controls the third Chakra, Manipura. This wheel spins when the chakra in harmony, in a clockwise direction. The main task is to ensure the flow of nutrients along the various digestive stations from the stomach through the small intestine and large intestine in direction to the rectum. The fire of our center of life, the digestive fire, Agni, sits here also and is raised by the wind of Samana Vata, and regulated by the navel Marma.
