There are seven ‘maha marma’ points on the body, and these correspond with the seven chakras from yoga philosophy. There is a specific marma blend for each of these points.
Adhipati corresponds with the crown chakra (Sahasrara), Sthapani with the third eye chakra (Ajna), Nila / Manya with the throat chakra (Vishuddha), Hridaya with the heart chakra (Anahata), Nabhi with the navel chakra (Manipura), Basti with the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana), and Guda with the root chakra (Muladhara).

About Mahamarma Oils
The Oshadhi marma blends were developed by Dr Ernst Schrott, author of a definitive book, Marma Therapy and the technique of treating the marma points which he developed is called Sukshma Marma Therapy. Sukshma means ‘gentle, soft, sweet’.
