Ginger Organic Essential Oil

Benefits & How To Use
Ginger Organic Zingiber officinalis (1615 – 5ml)
Ginger has a warm, spicy and familiar aroma. It is a stimulating oil which has a powerful antibacterial effect and it provides a beneficial support to the respiratory and circulatory systems. You can inhale a few drops from a hankie if you’re on choppy seas! It is also a well-known remedy in ayurveda for stimulating digestive fire (agni) where it can be used in a blend for abdominal massage. Ginger root oil is warming and stimulating, encouraging movement, but also soothing to tired muscles. It has a warming effect on the skin, so it is a great oil to use in the winter months. It blends well with ylang ylang, other spice oils such as clove, coriander, vetiver, and most citrus oils.
