Blue Camomile is gentle but effective. It can be used to the skin and eyes. The aroma is herbaceous and not very appealing but its calming effect is so good that you’ll probably use it anyway and feel the benefits. Also beneficial for irritation of the mind – one to use if you are feeling grouchy.

Hydrosols (hydrolats) are the pure and simple product of steam distillation. They do not contain alcohol or preservatives. See also How to Use Hydrosols. Store in a cool place after opening for best results.As a rough guide you can expect it to last 6 months after opening, but this will depend on many factors.
You may like to use a spraytop with this hydrosol. These reduce the throughput of air, keeping the hydrosol fresher, and also you tend to use less. Spraytops can be found here. (30ml hydrosols are supplied with a spraytop.)
